Prayer Walk

What is a Prayer Walk?

A prayer walk is just simply the act of praying while you walk. Salem Pregnancy is strategically located directly across the street from the largest abortion provider in Forsyth County. Every week, lifes are forever changed in that place. Salem Pregnancy is here to be a light in this darkness and share the love and grace of God and to end that cycle of abortion. The enemy is always at work, but prayer can put a stop to his plans. Your prayers for this ministry sustain us through the tough situations we face everyday. Hebrews 4:16 says “Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.”

If you would like to participate in a prayer walk, we have guides here in the office that give you some stops and prayer points to help you. This is a great activity for families, small groups, youth groups or individuals.

You’re invited to join us for our annual prayer walk on January 19th, 2025. Drop in anytime between 12:30 PM and 3:30 PM. Enjoy light refreshments, tour our building, and participate in a prayer walk around Forsyth County’s largest abortion provider. Prayer Walk Guides will be available to provide the suggested route and prayer prompts at each stop.

This event will take place rain or shine. In case of inclement weather, you can choose to drive the route instead.

Everyone is welcome! Bring your family, friends, youth groups, or community groups. Let’s come together to celebrate and give thanks for the gift of life.
